If you don’t like it…

When you spend your hard earned money with us, we want you to be completely satisfied.

We try our best to show our rings in an unedited, natural state. We don’t photoshop images or alter colours. We don’t use a lightbox to take photos (completely washing out all reflections and reality), We try to show them in natural settings with natural lighting in addition to a somewhat more professional photoshoot.

Nevertheless, sometimes expectations from website images don’t match reality.

If you don’t like how the ring turned out, return it for a 100% refund, or exchange it for something else.

Please keep in mind our rings are completely custom made to order and are not kept in stock, this policy is not intended for ordering multiple custom made rings and sending back the items you’re not a fan of.

If it doesn’t fit…

We’ll resize it free of charge, and if it can’t be resized, we’ll completely remake it for you one time free of charge.

This usually happens when people don’t select our free 3D printed sizing rings, and go with a size suggested by a third party jewellery store.

Sizes are meant to be a standardised thing, but so many variable such as ring width, comfort fit profile and weather/activity levels affect the fit.
